David Latina David E. Latina, 60, of Jacksonville, Fla., formerly of the Metro East area, born Jan. 4, 1947, in East St. Louis, Ill., died Saturday, Feb. 10, 2007, at Shands Hospital, Jacksonville, Fla. David was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War. He made his living as a barber. He is preceded in death by his parents, Harry D. and C. Ann, nee Liebengood, Latina. He is survived by a brother, Dan (Carole) Latina of Fenton, Mo.; two nieces; two great-nephews; and many cousins and friends. Memorials may be made to the National Kidney Foundation or American Diabetes Association. Visitation: Friends may call from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 17, 2007, at Lake View Funeral Home, Fairview Heights, Ill. Funeral: Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 17, 2007, at Lake View Funeral Home, Fairview Heights, Ill., with the Rev. Bill Pierce officiating.
